I was trying to find a meal for our babysitter tonight and got really excited when I saw this on the menu. Fried bologna sandwiches were widely loved as a kid. Only none of that fancy pimento cheese for us - we'd score the bologna a few times, fry it up in a skillet, and eat it with American cheese on white Wonder bread with mustard.
I've been writing on this blog for seven months now and today is the first time I've dedicated a post to weight loss. I think that's pretty rare for a health/lifestyle blog (or however you'd categorize this)! But today I'm going to talk about it because weight does play a factor in our running, and we should know how it changes our performance.

There is not a single thing in this world better than morning snuggle time. I am blessed that both of our boys immediately want cuddles when they wake up (well The Dude not so much these days but he definitely used to!).
