Crocodile is feeling a little better but still not 100%. The only single upside to his feeling under the weather is that he's letting me cuddle the crap out of him.

You know it's truly the Christmas season when you see the lights going up in Golden Gate Park!!
I've been having a bit of foot pain the past couple of days. It started after my Sunday run and I've been icing it every day. I decided not to do any more damage this soon before the race so I opted to cross train instead. Lyon Street steps after work were the perfect alternative!
I changed my entire outfit in the car with people walking by and no one saw anything inappropriate. I think this is my hidden talent.
I did the steps five times. At 291 steps up and 291 down, I did a total of 2,910 steps! Yes I counted. Trust me if you did these steps, you'd count too. Every one of them is a little painful.
But you cannot beat the views! Seriously I think it's one of the best in the city.
I think the sky and hills in the background look like a watercolor.

And now we've got full post-workout red face and sweat. Mission accomplished!
Then I came home and did 30 minutes of vinyasa flow on YouTube. I could have fallen asleep on this mat tonight. What's your favorite yoga pose to sit in for a long time? I think mine is happy baby.
We've decided the mattress will remain on the floor until Barf-a-Palooza is over! It's still a little hit or miss. We though Croc was out of the woods but then he decided to shove a massive bite of roast chicken in his mouth, gagged, and threw up all over me and himself. Poor munchkin.
I bet all of you are prepping your holiday food (if you're in the U.S.) and getting ready to celebrate and give thanks with friends or family. There is so much to be grateful for as a mom, a wife, a daughter, and a friend.
